My time at Candlewood Suites has been fantastic clean room a very helpful staff that answers all of your questions local restaurants are close by or if you have items delivered. You wiil injoy your stay.

There is a new lady at the front desk, and she could be more considerate seeing she’s in a position of servicing customers! We asked for a late checkout the night before and they told us to ask in the morning. So when we called she said, “ no, I’ve already given out late checkouts to other guests!” So at 11:06 she knocks on the door and when I opened it she says, “Yall just need to come up out the room!” I politely let her know I was putting my shoes on and on my way out. We are gold and silver members and have never had an issue at this location. I feel like she could shave handled the situation better and understand that people have spent their money for the service she’s employed to provide

I'm absolutely delighted with my stay at Candlewood Suites! The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The suite is incredibly well-equipped, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and convenient. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen, which came with a full range of dishes, pots, pans, and even a tea kettle! The fact that they provided cleaning tools and a dishwasher was a huge bonus, making it easy for me to maintain a clean and tidy space. The suite itself is very spacious, with plenty of drawers and storage space. The full fridge was a game-changer for me, allowing me to stock up on groceries and cook meals in the comfort of my own space. What really stood out to me, though, was the cleanliness and attention to detail. The suite was spotless, and I didn't encounter any issues with rodents or pests. The cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat for me, especially given my busy schedule. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Candlewood Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free stay. The amenities and services they provide are top-notch, and I feel grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the nation! But I stayed in none finer than this Candlewood Suites here In Plano! The Hotel is only a couple years old and it looks like it did the day it opened. It’s super convenient location and nice rooms with high ceilings and kitchenettes isn’t why I recommended this hotel in my top 5 best and favorite Hotels. It’s the staff! From the moment I got here, the GM was super kind, she even negotiated an amazing corporate rate with me. I forgot to let them know I was extending and before they would allow me to or even we ask me to check out last Saturday, the front desk called every guest who had reservation to make sure they were still coming. They called guests for over 2 hours to accommodate me. You guys are amazing! John Edgar 111

Had the best night sleep! Pillows and bed were really comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean. Snack bar had a nice selection. The staff, both day and night crew, were friendly and accommodating.

This place is great! Check-in was so easy and the front clerk was very kind. The room is very comfortable and very clean. I would definitely book here again, they made my stay very pleasant! Thank you Candlewood Suites for making my first overnight trip to Plano comfortably enjoyable.

I only wish I had found this place sooner! The people here are warm and welcoming and actually care if something goes wrong, and tries to fix it immediately. The rooms are immaculate, and it’s so nice to have found a little home here. Thank you

I had a Great experience at this hotel. There is construction going on in the parking lot across the street that was loud at times but not too bad. The room was very clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk, Rachana, was very friendly and super helpful when checking in and when I checked out. She greets you as your coming in to the facility and before I could get to the front desk she was already there waiting with a smile on her face to help me as I was checking out. Great customer service.
